Stretch the canvas, tack it down, soak it with linseed oil, and apply the paint. Do not forget the clerestory windows.
About the Project
Keith Bray is back on the job!! Support the work of this talented restoration specialist as he installs the roof canvas and clerestory windows on an iconic Washington street car. Then he turns his attention to the interior ceiling work. Capital Traction Company 27 entered service at the end of World War I and served the Nation's Capital through the end of World War II. Help the Museum get it ready for its 100th anniversary.
