Give Kids Access to Fun Online Learning this Summer!

About the Project

What MODA is Doing in the COVID-19 Crisis

In the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, there are many in our community who have been deeply impacted by school and work closures, the loss of wages, and employment reductions.

To help with this situation, MODA has developed a variety of online summer camps that will help kids keep learning while having fun! Our camps teach young designers to use STEAM tools in combination with design thinking mindsets while they take on real-world problems.

Will You Join Us?

$250 pays for a child to attend a week-long virtual summer camp.

While some families can pay for camps, many can’t and so we offer scholarships. But we need your help! Would you make a contribution to our Dollars for Scholars fund so that these camps can be available to children and families of all socio-economic levels. You can give a child an opportunity to learn, grow, and have fun with other kids online during these challenging times.
Would you make a contribution to our Dollars for Scholars fund so that these classes can be available to children and families of all socio-economic levels.Every contribution makes a difference!

Double Your Impact
Contributions made on this platform will be matched dollar-for-dollar by the City of Atlanta Mayor's Office of Cultural Affairs. A $250 donation to provide one scholarship becomes $500 and we're able to invite two children to enjoy a MODA virtual summer camp!

We’re excited to empower children to practice collaboration and embrace creativity while learning to use a broad array of STEM tools that will prepare them for future challenges. There is simply no better investment of our time or your money!
