About This Project

Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens and its Merry and Bright holiday show have always been a cure for holiday stress.  You know; the kind of stress that creeps in when out-of-town family is on the fourth day of their stay or the kids have been cooped up because of bad weather.  So help us put the joyful back in the holidays and the smiles on everyone’s faces by helping support holiday entertainment at the Conservatory.

For five days between Christmas and New Year’s, the Conservatory would like to provide family entertainment for our visitors.  Using local acts – ventriloquists, exotic animal shows, jugglers, and more – the Conservatory’s Holiday Break programming will give stressed out parents and grandparents a much need break.  This “value-added,” free-with-admission entertainment is designed specifically to chase away “I'm bored" by keeping the kids entertained during their long winter break.  With two performance times each day, it will be easy to fit some activity into every family’s schedule, and it's a great way to entertain out of town guests.

Please help our vision – a world where all families get along and have only happy memories of the holidays – come to life.  The family you “save” might just be your own.
