About This Project

Lawrence Central High School is about to go on a musical journey - YOU can help them on their way! The American Pianists Association is sending one of its 5 Finalists of the Classical Fellowship Awards, Eric Zuber, to interact with Lawrence Central students for three days of intensive classes, performances and collaboration.

An accomplished pianist with degrees from Peabody Institute of the John Hopkins University, the Curtis Institute of Music, and the Juilliard School, Eric will be in Indianapolis vying for one of music's top classical competition prizes.  Students, faculty and audiences of the school will spend three days with Eric in classes and performances, culminating in a public performance of Mendelssohn's Piano Concerto No. 1 in G minor performed with the high school's orchestra.

This program is offered by the American Pianists Association at no cost to the school and provides immeasurable benefit to the students. For more information, visit www.americanpianists.org.
